Many premium chambers are imported, so an imported unit commonly takes a few weeks port-to-door once you order — covering freight, customs clearance and inland delivery. In-stock units move faster.
For soft chambers, the chamber self-installs on arrival, so delivery is effectively the timeline. For hard and multiplace chambers, add on-site installation and commissioning, which we schedule after delivery. Rather than quote a vague number, we give you a realistic timeline with your quote and keep you updated through clearance and delivery.

Delivery and Installation Timelines, Explained
Stock vs import is the main variable
If the chamber you choose is in stock, delivery is mainly inland logistics to your city and can be quick. If it is imported to order, the timeline includes manufacturing/dispatch, sea or air freight, customs clearance and inland transport — commonly a few weeks in total. We tell you which applies to your chosen chamber up front so there is no guesswork.
Customs and import handling
For imported units we act as importer of record and manage customs clearance, which is where private importers often lose time to demurrage and paperwork. Because we do this routinely, clearance is smoother and more predictable. The customs step is the main reason imported timelines run to weeks rather than days.
Installation adds time for clinical units
Soft chambers arrive ready to self-install, so no extra installation window is needed. Hard and multiplace chambers are installed and commissioned on site — levelling, connection, pressure testing and handover — which we schedule shortly after delivery. We factor this into the timeline we give you so your launch or first use is realistically planned.
How we keep it predictable
With every quote we include a realistic port-to-door (and, for clinical units, installation) estimate for your specific chamber and city, and we keep you updated as it moves through dispatch, clearance and delivery.
