Coverage is insurer- and indication-specific
There is no single answer for India — it depends on your policy wording, your insurer’s stance, and the specific medical indication. Recognised hospital indications are more likely to be considered than general wellness use. The only reliable source is your insurer and the treating hospital, who assess coverage case by case.
Wellness use is usually out of pocket
Home and wellness hyperbaric use is generally not an insured medical treatment, so buyers in that category are purchasing equipment for personal use rather than seeking reimbursement. That is a normal, straightforward equipment purchase, which is where we operate.
For clinics and hospitals
If you run a facility, patient reimbursement is handled within your clinical, coding and billing processes and the applicable insurer rules. We supply the chamber and its documentation; we do not advise on medical billing or coverage. What we ensure is that you have a genuine, well-documented, properly installed chamber.
